We are trying to decide which hotel to stay in in the French quarter. We’re looking at four of them the Roosevelt, Royal Sonesta, hotel Monteleone or one of the smaller boutique hotels. We are planning on doing all the first time visit things and will not have a car. Thanks for your help.
