Quiet rental area suggestions

Hi, 5 adults going in March. Looking for a home, private pool, at least 4 bed 4 bathrooms, budget around $500 night. We might go to Disney springs, but being close to parks for this trip isn’t a priority. I’d really like to find a quieter area, private pool, maybe where the homes aren’t really close to each other. I’d really like to avoid the 192 area if possible. Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

For a quieter, more private rental experience in the Orlando area, there are several neighborhoods and communities that fit your criteria of a 4+ bedroom, 4+ bathroom home with a private pool, away from the busy 192 corridor. Since proximity to the parks is not a priority, you can focus on areas that offer more space and privacy.

Here are some options to consider:

  • Lake Nona: A modern, upscale community southeast of Orlando. Homes here tend to be newer with larger lots, private pools, and good separation between houses. The area is quieter, with plenty of parks and walking trails.
  • Windermere: Known for its luxury homes and large lots, Windermere is west of Orlando. You’ll find spacious properties with private pools and gardens, often on cul-de-sacs or near small lakes, giving you a serene environment away from traffic.
  • Dr. Phillips (non-192 areas): Focus on sections away from Sand Lake Road and 192. Many gated communities have private homes with pools and multiple bathrooms, offering privacy and a quiet atmosphere.
  • ChampionsGate / Davenport area: A bit further southwest of Orlando, but still within a 30–40 minute drive to Disney Springs. Communities here often feature larger homes, private pools, and are less densely packed than the 192 corridor.
  • Winter Garden / Horizon West: These areas offer newer construction homes on larger plots with private pools. The neighborhoods are quieter with a suburban feel, plus charming downtown Winter Garden for dining and shopping.

Additional tips:

  • Use vacation rental platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, or local property management companies and filter for 4+ bedrooms, 4+ bathrooms, private pool, and entire home. Check reviews to ensure homes are actually private and not too close to neighbors.
  • Consider gated communities which often provide added privacy, quiet streets, and reduced through-traffic.
  • March can be busy in Orlando, so book early to get the best options in quieter neighborhoods at your budget of around $500 per night.

With these areas, you should be able to enjoy a peaceful stay with a private pool and comfortable amenities, while still being within reasonable driving distance to Disney Springs or other attractions if desired.
