Condo on Kaanapali Beach

Are there any other condos on Kaanapali Beach along the "boardwalk" other than the Whaler and the Alii?
Kaanapali Beach is lined with a mix of resorts and condominium complexes, many of which are accessible via the scenic Kaanapali Beach Walk (“boardwalk”) that runs along the oceanfront. While The Whaler and The Alii are the most well-known oceanfront condos along this path, there are a few others worth noting, though options are more limited compared to the large resort hotels.
Other condo-style options along or very near the boardwalk include:
- Kaanapali Shores: A beachfront condo complex offering two-bedroom units, just north of The Whaler. It's slightly smaller and more low-key than the big-name condos.
- Kaanapali Royal: Located close to The Whaler, this complex has units with ocean views and direct beach access, though slightly set back from the main boardwalk path.
- Napili Kai Beach Resort: Technically a bit further north and more of a resort with condo-style units, it’s near the start of the beach walk area and offers a quieter atmosphere.
Most of the other oceanfront properties along the boardwalk are full-scale resorts with hotel-style amenities rather than condo ownership, so if your priority is a privately-owned condo with two-bedroom units and self-catering options, The Whaler, The Alii, and Kaanapali Shores are your main choices.
Booking directly with the condo management or via reputable vacation rental companies is usually the best way to secure units and avoid high resort fees. If you want more variety, occasionally smaller boutique condos pop up as vacation rentals, but they tend to book quickly.
