As 2022 draws to a close, it's time to do something truly earth-shattering to ring in 2023! Remember our spectacular mountaineering carnival last year? On that special day, we did something truly remarkable—praying for the New Year from the summit of a snow-capped mountain.
The beautiful meaning of "New Year's progress, step by step, climbing higher and higher" has made New Year's climbing a traditional festival for us. This year, we continue our promise and go to Siguniang Mountain to celebrate the New Year! No matter how difficult the road ahead, we will always persist in climbing!
This mountaineering carnival is a special start to the new year, and also a fresh start for yourself. Complete a special New Year's Eve ceremony during the climb and greet the dawn of 2023 on the summit of the snow-capped mountains.

This year, let's do something different. Take the first step into 2023 in the most challenging way!
All participants of the Siguniang Mountain New Year's Eve Carnival will receive a 500 yuan coupon to use towards the purchase of Kailasi gear. Donning a hardshell, you'll usher in a new year and transcend new boundaries.
Climb to the top of the snow-capped mountain to pray
Snow-capped mountains, lakes, valleys, sea of clouds, colorful forests...the epitome of the scenery of the western Sichuan plateau is none other than Mount Siguniang.
The main peak of Siguniang Mountain is composed of four continuous peaks, which are lined up from north to south, namely Yaomei Peak (6250 meters), Sanfeng Peak (5355 meters), Erfeng Peak (5276 meters), and Dafeng Peak (5025 meters).
The area is covered with snow year-round, its ice crystal clear, its roots reaching deep into the ground, its peaks soaring into the sky, its white clouds floating like jade, and its light shimmering in the mist. It is an ideal place for mountaineering and exploration. Many people's "first snow mountain in life" begins here.
The majestic and majestic peaks stand on the horizon, yet gentle and amiable. I don’t know how many people they have brought hope and vigorous strength to. Along the way, we passed through jungles, shrubs, and meadows, wandering in the pristine natural scenery.
Second Peak is known as the "Little Mount Everest," offering climbing experiences and stunning views comparable to, and sometimes even better than, those of the Big Peak. Reaching the summit of Second Peak is a breathtaking sunset, a welcome gift after exhaustion.

A brand new way to celebrate the New Year
In addition to snow-capped mountains, we also have ice climbing activities waiting for you to experience.
The blue sky, the white ice wall, put on a helmet, wear the equipment, pick up the ice axe, and climb up the slippery ice like Spider-Man.
The thrill and sense of accomplishment that comes from conquering new heights is unparalleled. Ice climbing is like a drug; once you're hooked, it's hard to break. Shuangqiaogou boasts beautiful scenery and numerous icefalls of varying difficulty, attracting enthusiasts every year during ice climbing season.
Friends who have never been involved in ice climbing can learn some ice climbing techniques, equipment knowledge and how to protect themselves safely under the guidance of professional coaches.
Ice climbing is easier than rock climbing because you have more gear to work with and don't have to grab or step on smaller holds like you do in rock climbing. It also requires less physical fitness and is accessible to everyone.
Accompanied by the warm winter sun, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, dance an ice ballet in the fairy-tale world of ice and snow, and fully experience the fun and excitement of ice climbing.
Full of New Year's Eve ritual
What comes to mind when you think of New Year's Eve? Counting down in the square, visiting a temple to pay respects... Everyone celebrates the New Year in their own way, but this year, why not try something different? Siguniang Mountain's New Year's Eve event: a yak hotpot and roasted lamb bonfire party to celebrate the New Year!
Yak hotpot refers to a Tibetan ethnic hotpot with yak beef from the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau as the main ingredient. Yak hotpot is full of flavor, tender and refreshing, suitable for all ages, rich in nutrition, and is a delicious dish in winter.
Yaks live on the unpolluted plateau, feed on grass, and their meat is tender and delicious, making them a favorite of Tibetans. The cattle and sheep come down from the mountains, and the delicious yak meat makes people linger.
We arranged the roasted lamb bonfire party at Sgula Square, a Tibetan-style street. The scene was crowded with people and filled with a lively atmosphere. On New Year's Eve, we sang and danced together with all the tourists and Tibetans. Every detail was a unique interpretation of Tibetan culture.
Most importantly, we also arranged for a photographer to accompany the team to record this unforgettable moment.

Second Peak + Ice Climbing
Number of days: 6 days and 5 nights, already completed
There are various activities such as roast lamb bonfire party, yak hot pot, expert sharing session, introductory ice climbing course, ice climbing outdoor movie, etc.; ice climbing gift packages, New Year's medals, welcome dinner, commemorative medals, and official summit certificates for successful summiting are given, which are full of ceremonial sense.
In addition, a photographer has been specially arranged to follow this batch, and each person will take 2-3 refined photos of ice climbing, which will be completed in your New Year's circle of friends in minutes!
Hiking in Changpinggou, ice climbing in Shuangqiaogou, and hiking in Haizigou, you can enjoy the endless beauty of the three ravines of Siguniang Mountain.
Dafeng+Ice Climbing/Dafeng
Number of days: 3-4 days (optional)
For those who are worried about their physical fitness, you can sign up for the Dafeng + Ice Climbing package. Dafeng is lower in altitude than the other two peaks. Above the clouds and the top of the snow and ice, you can touch it with your fingertips. Between the ice and the rock, you can feel the flying flowers flying in the sky.
Those who don't want to climb ice can also sign up for the Dafeng group separately. Your first 5,000-meter climb in life, greet the sunrise in 2023 from the summit of a snowy mountain!
