It is said that when the world was first created, there was no fire on earth. Prometheus stole fire from Zeus for mankind and was locked on Mount Kazbek in the Caucasus for 30,000 years.
Today, many tourists go to Kazbekistan for this Greek myth, to see the towering snow-capped mountains where Prometheus was imprisoned, and the world-famous Holy Trinity Church in the mountains.

02. Noah's Ark, carrying the seeds of life, landed on the edge of Mount Ararat

03. Jesus' robe was passed down here, leaving behind a magical legend of the Pillar of Life
It is said that after Jesus died, a man from Mtskheta took the robe back to his hometown. The moment his sister took the robe, she died of excessive emotion, and no one could take the robe out of her hands.
So, Jesus' robe was buried with this ordinary woman in Mtskheta. Not long after, a huge cedar tree grew from the woman's grave. Later, Sister Nino built this church over the tomb and made the cedar trunk into the seventh pillar supporting the church!

04. The spear used in Jesus' crucifixion remains in the Echmiadzin Cathedral in Armenia
According to legend, when Jesus was nailed to the cross, a centurion in the Roman army pierced Jesus' chest with a spear in his hand. Blood splashed on his almost blind eyes, and his sight was immediately restored. The brave officer immediately became a monk.
Later generations revered this spear as the "Holy Spear" and it is now kept in the Echmeath Cathedral, which made it famous all over the world!
