After signing in, we set off on the highway. The team leader led the interaction, introduced himself and explained the itinerary, and we laughed and laughed all the way to our destination.

At noon, have lunch at the service area.

12:00

After a short rest after the meal, the team leader led everyone to do some preparatory work, and then set off for the entrance of the Black Hole Waterfall Group, going up along the waterfall, crossing the water when encountering it, and climbing the slopes when encountering it.

There are 18 waterfalls of various sizes in the Black Hole Chain Waterfalls. The numerous waterfalls in the mountains are breathtaking.

The first waterfall of the Black Hole is several feet high, cascading down the rocky cliffs. Its momentum is truly spectacular, like a white smelting cliff, splashing white lotus flowers. At the bottom of the valley, a deep pool shimmers, and a stream flows through the gorge (the entire route is 3.5 kilometers, with a drop of more than 80 meters, and the river water is crystal clear.)

5:30 PM

Upon returning to the local farmhouse, a delicious meal awaits. Afterward, under the starry night sky or by the bonfire, the tourists can chat, play games, enjoy outdoor karaoke, and other entertainment, before drifting off to sleep.

Driving time: about 4 hours

Hiking: Today's hiking distance is about 5km and it is expected to take 3 hours.

Day 2: Tianning State → Wuyue Ancient Road → Tianchi Lake in Western Zhejiang → Tianlong Grand Canyon → Suzhou

07:00

Today's journey was long, so we set off early and followed the Wuyue Ancient Road all the way up. After about three hours of entering Zhejiang Province, we arrived at Qianqing Pass. The ancient city wall is now in ruins, which makes people sigh.

Another step further, and the view suddenly widens, a breathtaking expanse of grandeur. At 1,140 meters above sea level, the Tianchi Lake in western Zhejiang appears before the tourists. Spanning thousands of hectares and surrounded by towering mountains, it's a breathtaking alpine lake, a scene of boundless wonder and celestial beauty. We pause here for a few moments to take photos.

Afterwards, we left Tianchi Scenic Area and descended along the Tianlong Grand Canyon. At noon, we stopped at a wide area along the way to eat dry food and share it.

2:00 PM

Complete the journey. At this time, the bus has been waiting here for a long time.

7:00 PM

Returning to the starting point in downtown Suzhou, everyone was still reluctant to leave and said goodbye with tears in their eyes.

Driving time: about 4 hours

Hiking: Today's hiking distance is about 11km, 6km uphill and 5km down the canyon; there is basically no supply throughout the whole journey.

Note: At Tianchi Lake in western Zhejiang, we thoughtfully arranged to rent a car to go down the mountain, saving us 5km of walking distance.

The Wuyue Ancient Trail, approximately 35 kilometers long, with only 15 kilometers now intact, served as the primary route between Wuyue (Zhejiang) and Southern Tang (Anhui) during the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms period. Ascending the stone steps along the Wuyue Ancient Trail, visitors are greeted by streams, waterfalls, winding paths, and a sense of undulation, where nature and humanity merge into one, creating a feeling of journeying through a painting.
The Tianchi Lake in Western Zhejiang, situated at an altitude of 1,100 meters atop Qianqing Mountain, boasts a clear, serene blue water, blending the water and sky. The gently sloping hills offer expansive views and are the primary habitat for the sika deer, a nationally protected species. Surrounded by low mountains, lush grass, gurgling springs, and crisscrossing streams, the lake forms a vast basin, creating a scene of mountains grazing on Qianqing Mountain and water flowing into the lake. Covering 900 mu (approximately 1,000 acres), the Tianchi Lake in Western Zhejiang is one of the highest and largest lakes in Jiangnan. It can be described as "a vast divine pond, a mirror of the sky floating in the sky."
Qianqingguan: The ancient Wuyue city wall at Qianqingguan, built 1,100 years ago by the Wuyue Kingdom, is constructed from large and small stones, following the mountainside. Constructed from two massive, smooth granite blocks, it stands like a gate. This natural stone gate, nearly 4 meters high, 3 meters thick, and wide enough for two people to walk side by side, stands out, imposing a force that "one man can hold the pass, ten thousand cannot." Qianqingguan, along with Qianqiuguan and Yulingguan, are known as the Three Passes of Northern Zhejiang and served as crucial gateways protecting the Wuyue capital of Lin'an.
