Jiuzhou Ancient Town is known as the "living museum of the Zhuang people". There is a Zhuang Hydrangea Culture Street here. With mountains, rivers and countryside as the background, it integrates karst landforms, Zhuang culture and historical legends. Whether it is the hydrangea grandma on the street or the ancient Wenchang Pavilion, they are all worth savoring.
In the afternoon, take photos of Equan, one of the three famous springs in Southwest China.
This is a huge spring with an area of 50 square kilometers. The water depth at the spring eye reaches 30 meters. It is the source of Detian Waterfall. The spring water never dries up in all seasons, the water is as clear as a mirror and the colors are rich and colorful. We can take slow-motion photos of the scenery by the spring, or climb to the half-mountain pavilion to take a bird's-eye view of the Goose Spring.
Timely capture of farmers leading cattle home at dusk at the Fifteen-Arch Bridge
Near Equan, the Qing Dynasty Fifteen-Arch Bridge boasts a spectacular sight at sunset, with the sun slanting through the arches, creating a half-arch rustling, half-red spectacle. The bridge's reflection in the water creates a striking contrast with the scene of farmers leading their cattle home at dusk, creating a classic image sought after by photographers. To facilitate the next day's shoot, we settled in by Quyang Lake.

3. Tianquyang Lake → Detian Waterfall → Mingshi Farm
All day
Get up early to photograph the sunrise over the peaks and forests of Quyang Lake
Quyang Lake is a karst plateau lake, known as "Guilin on the Water" and "China's Halong Bay". In the early morning, the surface of Quyang Lake is misty and vast, with more than 10 peaks of different sizes scattered in the lake, reflected on the mirror-like water surface, making Quyang Lake even more charming.
Photographing Sandieling Waterfall in the morning
Sandieling, one of the Eight Ancient Scenic Spots of Jingxi, boasts a 100-meter-high single-stage waterfall, a spectacular mist spectacle, and free admission, combining natural wildness with mythical charm. The waterfall is over 100 meters high and approximately 30 meters wide, formed by water cascading down the cliffs into three cascades. During the flood season, the abundant water flow creates a resounding sound for miles, and the mist, like smoke, drifts for hundreds of meters. Experience the waterfall's powerful force and splashing water up close, gleaming silvery in the sunlight. From the foot of the mountain, capture the waterfall against the karst mountains and fields, creating a stunning blend of landscape and water.
Photograph Detian Transnational Waterfall in the afternoon
Detian Waterfall, Asia's largest and the world's fourth-largest transnational waterfall, connects to the neighboring Ban Gioc Waterfall in Vietnam. Its torrent cascades down a 70-meter-high cliff, its three cascades resembling galloping horses and roaring like the roar of a dragon. Known for its majestic aura and unique karst landforms, it's known as the "Hundred Miles of Landscape Gallery on the China-Vietnam Border" and served as the filming location for the Changliu Mountain fairyland in the TV series "The Journey of Flower." Photo opportunities abound throughout the scenic area, allowing for close-up, distant shots, and even closer, in-depth shots from various angles. Alternatively, you can climb to the scenic viewing pavilion midway up the mountain to capture panoramic views of Detian Waterfall. Stay tonight at Mingshi Mountain Villa, away from light pollution. Weather permitting, enjoy the freedom of stargazing with friends.

Day 4 Mingshi Countryside → Dongxing Jing Island
All day
Get up early to photograph the sunrise and morning scenery of Mingshi countryside
Surrounded by picturesque mountains and rivers, this area is known as "Little Guilin." It gained popularity as the filming location for the TV series "The Journey of Flower" and was also the setting for the 80-cent special stamp "Scenery of the Motherland's Borderlands," commemorating the 55th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. After breakfast, explore the Mingshi countryside and unlock hidden camera locations.
In the afternoon, take photos of the sunset at the beach and the shrimp light painting
Shrimp lanterns are a traditional fishing method still practiced by Kinh fishermen. They place shrimp cages at the estuary and, after dark, light oil lamps on them to lure shrimp into the cages for harvesting. To facilitate boating and restocking, these cages form a beautiful array on the river. Under the cover of night, the fixed bamboo poles of the cages, the translucent cages, and the quietly flowing river create a unique landscape blending humanity and nature along the seawall.

Day 5 Dongxing → Beihai → Weizhou Island
All day
Get up early to photograph the sunrise on Golden Beach and watch the Kinh people fishing on stilts
Here, Kinh fishermen perform acrobatic fishing on stilts, catching fish and shrimp. This method is truly eye-opening. With the development of modern fishing, stilt fishing is gradually disappearing, and only a few people still practice this traditional skill. Faced with this fading folk tradition, we must use our cameras to faithfully record it.
Go to Beihai International Terminal at the right time and board Weizhou Island according to the ferry ticket time of the day. Weizhou Island is an island formed by volcanic eruption. It has sea erosion, marine accumulation and lava landscapes, and is known as the "Penglai Island".
Photographing the sunset at Dishuidanping in the afternoon
The formation of Dishui Danping can be called a miracle of China's volcanic landscape. The cliffs formed by rocks are the most eye-catching and spectacular sea erosion landforms on the island. The exposed rock layers are red, yellow, purple, green and blue in five colors, with extremely clear textures. Vines are entwined on the top of the cliff, and red flowers and green leaves hang upside down on the cliff, showing a charming and colorful scene.

Day 6 Weizhou Island
All day
Get up early to photograph the sunrise at Wucai Beach
Wucai Beach is a prime spot for sunrise photography in Weizhou, boasting a vibrant mix of sea cliffs, platforms, and caves. As the sun rises from the east, the morning light casts a shadow over the volcanic rock formations and reefs, creating a vibrant contrast against the vibrant sky and sea, creating a breathtaking volcanic sunrise.
Time to go to Crocodile Hill Geopark to shoot
The Weizhou Island crater is famous for its spectacular lava and is one of the island's main scenic spots. The volcanic rocks here are so varied and varied in shape that one can't help but marvel at nature's ingenuity.
In the afternoon, go to Shiluokou Beach to photograph the sunset
Shiluokou is located on the west coast of Weizhou Island. It is recognized as the "sunset ceiling" of Weizhou Island and is famous for its fantastic scene of volcanic rocks, coral reefs and golden sunset.
