When we arrived at the starting point of the hike, everyone packed up and got off the bus. The team leader first led everyone to warm up, and then started climbing along the mountain path.

The mountain is perpetually shrouded in mist, and the winding road descends from the depths of the clouds, like a fluttering ribbon against the azure sea and blue sky. It's a truly captivating spectacle, a scene of mountain and sea, like "a woman wrapped in silk, half-covering her face, her delicate beauty captivating." Along the way, the canyons are tranquil, and springs flow beautifully. After a four-and-a-half-hour climb, if the weather is clear, you can even witness the sunset over Kuacang Mountain, a truly breathtaking spectacle.

5:45 PM

For dinner, we all went together, chatting, bragging, drinking some wine, and singing some songs.

8:00 PM

At night, we wait for the Milky Way together, and talk about everything from poetry and songs to the philosophy of life. The stargazing continues until late at night, and when you are tired, you can fall asleep in the tent!

Driving time: about 5 hours

Hiking: Today's hike was about 10 km, with a total ascent of about 1,400 meters (including the 200-plus meters of climbing to see the sunrise on the second day) and a total descent of about 200 meters. The road was in good condition, mostly stone steps and a small part of the road was dirt.

Note: Whether you can see the starry sky, sea of clouds, sunrise and sunset depends on the weather conditions

Day 2 Kuocang Mountain → Kuocang Town → Shanghai

04:45

Friends who want to watch the sunrise have to set off before dawn. Under the leadership of the team leader, they go to the top of the mountain to check in the first ray of dawn.

The sunrise and sea of clouds at Kuancang Mountain are very famous. Standing in front of the Century Dawn Monument, waiting for the first ray of sunlight to shine on your face, when the sun rises, it seems as if the world comes alive in an instant. The fourth largest wind farm in the country is built on the mountain. Looking at the array of windmills that are scattered at different heights and constantly rotating, and the gorgeous natural scenery behind them, it forms a beautiful scenery. The sky is about to reach the blue sky, and the clouds are steaming, which is spectacular.

07:30

We set off after breakfast. Today we will go down the mountain along the other side. Along the way, we will be accompanied by mountain springs, gurgling streams, waterfalls on high cliffs, green trees and mountain flowers. However, the steps in some places are very steep and quite physically demanding, so you need to be prepared and pay attention to safety.

12:30
