Meet in Tunxi City, gather at Huangshan North Station (High-speed Railway Station) at 12:30 PM and depart for She County. (Small car tours can flexibly adjust the pick-up time based on actual conditions)

Arrive at the Huizhou Ancient City in She County. She County has always been the seat of Huizhou Prefecture. Built in the Qin Dynasty, Huizhou Ancient City is one of the four most well-preserved ancient cities in China, with a thousand-year history and culture. Visit the Xu State Stone Archway, the only national treasure in the country. Learn about the fascinating story of the eight-legged memorial archway, built by veterans of three dynasties, breaking the established rules between the monarch and his ministers. Explore Dousan Street, a hidden alley known as the "ancient wealthy district." The weathered gatehouses hold countless stories of Huizhou. If interested, visit the Huizhou History Museum (the itinerary is not uniform; tickets are at your own expense if required) to explore the Xin'an culture and gain a deeper understanding of Huizhou architecture, Xin'an literature, and the legendary Huizhou merchants.

Walking into Yuliang Old Street, an important wharf on the Xin'an River waterway, Huizhou merchants who went out and took the Xin'an River waterway mostly used Yuliang as their starting point. The ancient bluestone street and whitewashed walls stand tall. In the middle of the Lianjiang River is the ancient dam upstream of the Xin'an River, the "Jiangnan Dujiangyan" - Yuliang Dam. It is built entirely with large granite blocks weighing one or two tons, and the stones are connected with dovetail stone mortise and tenon joints. After thousands of years, it is still indestructible.

Day 2 She County → Xin'an River → Miantan Village → Yangchan → Qiandao Lake

Departing eastward along the Xin'an River, we'll reach Miantan, a bend in the Xin'an River Landscape Gallery. For your first encounter with the river's graceful beauty, you might even be lucky enough to see a local opera at a small village theater. You might even see a legendary performance of the Nine Surnames Fishing River (the opera is a spontaneous project of the villagers, with irregular performance times and no admission fee. You can't guarantee your visit every time). The Xin'an River's banks possess a unique fragrance in every season. In spring, warm rapeseed blossoms bloom in succession, and the river, boats, and ancient Huizhou villages create a picture of springtime in the south of the Yangtze River. In May, Santan loquats enter the market, filling the air with their fiery fruity fragrance. In July and August, the river's perpetual 25°C temperature creates a natural air conditioner for escaping the summer heat. In autumn, sunbathing is a perfect opportunity to enjoy the vibrant colors of the mountains and fields. In early winter, a faint mist lingers.

Arrive at Yangchan Tulou, then drive to Qiandao Lake. Lunch will be arranged at an appropriate time along the way.

Walk across the Qiandao Lake Bridge to the Tianyu Mountain Observation Deck, where you can overlook Qiandao Lake. Each of the three tiers offers views of the Thousand Islands in the lake, each in a different direction. This is also a popular photo spot for many photography enthusiasts. The ever-flowing Qiandao Lake Bridge and the breathtaking scenery of the lake and mountains offer a unique and exciting experience. At the end of the tour, you will be transferred to the central area of Qiandao Lake or Qiandao Lake Station (approximately 30 minutes by car).
