07:15-07:30 Meet at the designated location of China-TravelNote and sign in. Depart at 07:30 sharp, enjoy onboard interaction and itinerary briefings, and have fun all the way!

11:00

We arrived at Guanpei Village, a thousand-year-old ancient village in Yuyao, which is also the starting point of our trip. We got off the bus and went up the mountain in a team.

P.S. If the bus cannot reach the starting point on the way up or down the mountain, you will need to walk an additional 3 kilometers along the winding mountain road (you can check in at the waterfall along the way)

We went up from Guanpei Village and passed through three ancient trails along the way - Jiaohu Ancient Trail, Shizishan Ancient Trail, and Shangwanggang Ancient Trail. We climbed up through bamboo forests and ancient trails.

On the way, you'll pass a spring called "Phoenix Spring," said to be the result of an immortal who once herded sheep and practiced Taoism along this ancient path. You can collect some water in a cup and taste the "immortal water."

12:00

Arrive at Jiaohu Village and have lunch here. Feel free to share any delicious food with your friends.

After the meal and taking a group photo, we set off for Yelangshan Village, crossing the ancient mountain trails of Siming Mountain. Along the way, we can enjoy various bamboo forests and streams hidden in the mountains, which is a unique charm!

3:30 PM

Arriving at the foot of the mountain, we return to our starting point, Guanpei Village, to meet up with the bus and board the bus back to Shanghai. We'll stop here briefly to experience this ancient village, known as Yuyao's "Little Lijiang." The village's waterfalls and guesthouses are both attractions. The guesthouses here have a Lijiang-style atmosphere, allowing you to experience a slower pace of time.

8:00 PM

Back to Shanghai, our departure point. Everyone was still reluctant to leave and kissed goodbye with tears in their eyes!!

Driving time: Shanghai to Yuyao about 3 hours

Hiking: The hike is a loop of approximately 9.5 kilometers, with a cumulative elevation gain of 550 meters. If the bus cannot reach the starting point on the uphill or downhill section, you will need to walk an additional 3 kilometers on the winding mountain road (you can check in at waterfalls along the way)

1.Why didn’t I receive a text message notification after registering?

2. What if it rains during the event?

2-3 days before the event, we will decide whether the event will proceed as scheduled based on the weather forecast and route conditions. Please pay attention to our notifications. Most outdoor activities can proceed as usual even with light rain. Rainy days also have their own fun. If heavy rain is forecast, the event will be cancelled and a full refund will be given to everyone.

3. Is this route crowded?

Most of our routes are natural and niche, with relatively small traffic. Of course, it also depends on the registration situation for each period. Generally, ordinary models are 37-seat buses, and there are also large models with 53 seats. Each car has a certain proportion of tour leaders to ensure the quality of the event.

4. The event shows that the quota is temporarily full. What does "substitute" mean?

The Jiaohu Ancient Trail, also known as Jiaohu Ridge or the Cloud Ladder, begins at the entrance of Guanpei Village and ends at Jiaohu Village, considered one of the Taoist "Dongtian Blessed Lands." The trail is flanked by steep cliffs, dotted with springs and waterfalls, lush bamboo and trees, fragrant orchids, and the chirping of birds. Legend has it that immortals herded sheep and practiced Taoism along this ancient trail, adding to its mystique. A spring at the top of the mountain, known as "Jiaohu," is available for drinking.
