Nice Views, Roomy Bathroom, Mild Service Issues

We stayed in a Fairmont King Room with a Creek View. The room was quite nice， featuring a large bathroom and excellent views of the creek and pool area. The beach and pool were delightful， though the sea was somewhat cloudy with a muddy base. Still， it's a quiet spot for relaxation and sunbathing. Service didn't fully align with the hotel's pricing—check-in felt impersonal， and guest experience attention was lacking. The breakfast area was a bit disorderly， and the outdoor terrace appeared worn and could have been cleaner. However， a friendly and professional lady at reception from Kenya made our check-out very enjoyable—a wonderful last impression!
