Enjoy a gout hotpot filled with oysters! ♪

As the name suggests, this restaurant specializes in "shrimp" and "oysters"!
The owner is a volunteer "Reiwa Tiger" 👀

The first dish we were served was "Today's Oyster Appetizer,"
Oyster kimchi! Enjoy a light and delicious meal! 😻

The "Shrimp and Avocado Caesar Salad" is a delight, packed with chunks of shrimp.
The warm "Oyster Broth" is truly delicious!
It's simple, yet allows you to fully enjoy the oyster flavor.

The "Two Kinds of Raw Oysters (Topped with Sea Urchin and Salmon Roe)" is a delightful combination, even just looking at it makes you happy. 🤤
Served with ponzu sauce!

The main dish, "Oyster Gout Hot Pot," is a surprising dish filled with an overwhelming amount of oysters!
It contains oysters, milt, monkfish liver miso, and shrimp.

The oysters and milt are meant to be cooked, so simmer thoroughly.
The rich broth is irresistible. 🤤
Add monkfish liver miso to taste!

The rich broth enhances the flavor of the Chinese cabbage and tofu!
You can add more dashi, so we recommend adding miso balls to a separate plate to adjust the strength to your liking. ◎

For the "hot pot finale," you can choose from four options: udon, ramen, rice porridge, or cheese risotto.
The classic udon was a reliable choice. 😻

Today's dessert was crème brûlée. ✨
It was delicious right down to the very end.
It was a truly delightful course, where we were able to fully enjoy oysters. 🤤
