The observation deck is located 100 meters above ground and is free of charge. As you ascend via the elevator, a stunning 360-degree panorama unfolds before your eyes. The Sea of Japan, Akita cityscape, and in the distance, the Oga Peninsula and Mount Chokai. During the evening, the orange light reflects off the water, warming your heart.
