🏛 Minebane! Contemporary Art from the Taguchi Art Collection

The title of the exhibition comes from the Akita dialect phrase "Minebane!", which means "I have to see it." This exhibition showcases approximately 100 pieces of contemporary art from around the world, collected by father and son Hiroshi Taguchi, spanning Asia, Europe, the US, Latin America, and Africa. Enjoy works by notable artists such as Yoshitomo Nara, Takashi Murakami, and Keith Haring, organized into four themes: "The Work of Nature," "The Work of Humanity," "Monochrome," and "Color."
