Fresh material!

This sushi restaurant in Ako has plenty of parking.

The toppings were incredibly fresh, thick, and crunchy.

You order using the touchscreen at your table and they bring it to you.

The recommendations for the day were blackthroat seaperch and hairtail.

It was my first time eating raw blackthroat seaperch. 😋It was delicious.

They apparently also do tuna filleting shows, so if the timing is right, I'd love to see it live. 🐟
