Jarasum Flower Festa: A Must-Visit Event Until June 14, 2025

Held at the Namdo Flower Garden on Jarasum Island in Gapyeong, Gyeonggi Province, this festival runs until June 15, 2025, and is the largest outdoor flower festival in the country, marking the grand finale of spring.

At the Jarasum Flower Festa, you can stroll through gardens filled with blooming spring flowers such as poppies, rapeseed, and cosmos. Capture stunning photos at various photo zones scattered throughout the venue. The festival also features themed gardens like the Friendship Garden, Rainbow Garden, and other flower gardens categorized by themes and species, offering a healing experience. Walking hand-in-hand with your partner through these gardens feels like stepping into a romantic movie scene.

The outdoor date experience doesn't end there. Enjoy busking performances, band concerts, flower crown-making workshops, and other flower-themed activities. Additionally, there are booths offering local agricultural products and delicious food, making it a perfect day-long date course.

Admission is 7,000 KRW (free for Gapyeong residents and children under 5), and 5,000 KRW can be reimbursed as local currency, making it budget-friendly. The festival grounds are open for entry from 8 AM to 6 PM, with leisurely exits allowed until 9 PM.
