Environment: The shop is simple and clean in design, with floor-to-ceiling glass introducing plenty of natural light, with a view of the roadside alley. You can also feel the warm sunshine and breeze of Arachat in the open air. It is not too much to sit there and relax for half a day.
Price: NORWEGIAN BOWL $580 lira, the rest of the meals are mostly $350-600 lira or so, very friendly for local consumption.

A must try! The salmon is super fresh, served with avocado, salad vegetables and rich poached eggs. With a Mediterranean flavor in every bite, it’s healthy yet filling, making it the perfect breakfast/brunch option!

Perfect for breakfast or lunch, the meals are thoughtful while absolutely hearty and filling you all day! Friendly staff, no problem with English communication, very friendly to travelers. Sitting in the outdoor seat feeling the quiet atmosphere of the small town morning, slowly sipping a meal, really comfortable to leave.

💡Tips
- There is not much crowd in the morning, it is recommended to go before 10 o'clock without waiting for a seat, you can choose a beautiful place to take pictures.
- There are many alleys in Arachat, so it is recommended to use Google Map to find them along the way and appreciate the local architecture in the process.
- The restaurant has an English menu, which made me feel super comfortable when I first arrived
