Cooling Off in Nature at Sapadere Canyon

#holidayitinerary Sapadere Canyon is such a cool little escape from the beach scene if you're hanging around Alanya. It’s only about 40 minutes away and the drive there is part of the fun, with mountain views and little villages along the way. Once you get there, the canyon walk is super easy thanks to the wooden path that winds along the edge of the water. You’re surrounded by cliffs, greenery, and the sound of rushing water the whole time.

There are little waterfalls everywhere and even a freezing cold natural pool you can jump into if you’re brave. Honestly, it’s worth it just for the shock. The whole place is pretty peaceful and shaded, which is perfect on a hot day. There's a small cafe near the entrance and some spots to chill with tea or juice.

Definitely wear good sandals or walking shoes and bring a towel if you’re planning to swim. Sapadere is simple, fresh, and just really refreshing all around.
