Andong Hahoe Folk Village

#mytraveldiary

Hahoe Folk Village felt timeless, nestled by the Nakdong River with its traditional thatched and tile-roofed houses. As I strolled through the village, I learned about Korea’s Confucian heritage and watched performances of the famous mask dance. The atmosphere was authentic, not touristy — locals still lived in the hanoks, adding to the charm. The surrounding cliffs and river made the scenery breathtaking. I visited a pavilion on the cliffside to see the whole village spread below, like a painting. Andong’s Hahoe Village was a cultural gem that connected me directly to Korea’s roots. #mytraveldiary
