Green water and green mountains are gold and silver mountains

Nestled among mountains on three sides, a clear stream meanders through the property, with misty bamboo forests stretching as far as the eye can see. Within a 30-minute drive, you can reach attractions like Yunshang Grassland, Jiangnan Tianchi Ski Resort, Hello Kitty Park, and Grand Bamboo Sea. Yet, tucked away in an ancient village halfway up the mountain, it feels like a hidden paradise where "even the ambitious would pause to admire the peaks and calm their restless hearts." Navigate to "Xixinlu" by car, and at the end of the road, you'll find the earthen gate framed by swaying bamboo shadows.
The homestay is transformed from ancient village dwellings, designed by a China Academy of Art architect. The standalone earthen houses follow the mountain's contours, featuring double-eaved roofs and minimalist white walls that blend seamlessly with the bamboo groves and mountain streams. It has won the "Best Hotel Design Award"! A mountain spring flows through the courtyard, and from your window, you can admire sea-like bamboo waves and misty mornings, or stargaze at night—transporting you back to childhood memories of wild mountain days at grandma's house.
Dining here focuses on "original ecology," with ingredients sourced from their own garden and local markets, highlighting seasonal, healthy rustic dishes. Signature dishes include:
- Bamboo Forest Free-Range Chicken: Slow-cooked with mountain spring water, the meat is tender and flavorful.
- Red Date and Gastrodia Elata Nourishing Fish Soup: Made with seasonal fish and traditional Chinese herbs for a wholesome, restorative meal.
