Changbaishan!! Finally I saw Heaven’s Lake in real life 😍

We visited Changbaishan mountain at last! During our stay we explored the area around our hotel, and were able to find a reindeer park where you can feed to reindeer and take some photos. There was also an opportunity to hold an artic fox and take some photos too, it was really too cute!

Around Changbaishan, we found the taxi services are a bit slow, so it’s better to take a personal number from any taxi driver you meet in order to ensure a lift when you need one. As well as this, any delivery service of food or necessary items on 外卖 took at least 40-60 minutes to arrive, even if the store was less than 1km away! It was a little inconvenient.

The highlight of the trip was indeed visiting Heaven’s Lake! Even though we left early, by the time we arrived at the top of the mountain there was a huge crowd, making it difficult to take some photos. I would recommend going there even earlier to access the site easier (around 6/7am)
