The virgin beech forest spreads out from the window,

and you can see the Hakkoda mountain range.

The log construction, which uses whole logs from giant trees from Canada and America, is magnificent.

French cuisine using seasonal ingredients, seafood, and mountain produce. Everything was very delicious.

The hot spring is a private spring water source using Aomori hiba. You can see the hiba forest from the large window, which is soothing to both body and mind.

As a perk of staying at the hotel, you can also use the famous Sukayu Onsen, which is famous for its Sennin-buro bath, and there is also a free shuttle service.
