🍮Atami's Super Hot Pudding🍮

This might be the most famous little shop in Atami! There are two locations: 1 and 2. The 1st location is closest to the station, but there's no seating. So we went to the 2nd location, which is decorated in a Japanese bathhouse style 🧴🧽 and is super cute ☺️. They also have a variety of souvenirs to choose from, and I bought a cute fridge magnet.

Bursting with Red Bean Toast 🍞
📍 Atami Batta-anpan

The round red bean buns 🍞 were immediately drawn in by the aroma of butter 🧈 as I passed by. The soft, chewy crust is filled with a generous helping of red beans 🫘. In addition to the original flavor, they also offer matcha 🍵, but they were sold out when I visited 😞.

A Taste of Autumn 🍂 Chestnut Mont Blanc 🌰

The dense and smooth chestnuts 🌰 are sweet but not greasy ☺️. Topped with a chestnut Mont Blanc, they're served with a crispy biscuit 🍪 ice cream 🍦. If you're looking to eat in, it's recommended to queue early.

Rinkai Art Museum 🎨

Designed by renowned artist Hiroshi Sugimoto, this art museum is nestled in the hillside of Atami. Just to the right of Atami Station is the bus stop 🚎. Get on platform 8 for a direct ride to the stunning Rinkai Art Museum. Inside, there's a dedicated photo booth 🧏🏻♀️🤳 for photo opportunities 📸. Expect a visit of approximately two hours. Note‼ ️Closed on Thursdays. Please avoid touching door nails 🙆🏻♀️

Shrine Beneath a 2,000-Year-Old Sacred Tree
📍Kumiya Shrine

The shrine's 🌳Joyū-no-Kusu 🍃 is one of Japan's three sacred trees. Its trunk 🪵 has a circumference of 24 meters. It's said that circling the tree and silently reciting a wish will grant it. We sincerely invite you to visit and experience the mysterious power of nature 🙌🏻
