If anyone comes to Penang and wants both merit and beautiful views, don't miss Kek Lok Si Temple or Kek Lok Si Temple, the largest Buddhist temple in Malaysia. It is located on a hill in Air Itham. Let me tell you, it's worth it. In addition to worshiping the Buddha for good fortune, you can also walk and admire the beautiful architecture that blends Chinese, Thai, and Burmese in a harmonious and magnificent way!

When I went, the weather was nice and cool. It was very pleasant to walk around. I started by worshiping the Buddha in the main temple with a large Buddha statue in the middle of the room. Then I walked up to the various zones of the temple. There are Chinese lanterns hung in rows for taking pictures. There is a beautiful garden for relaxing. And what you can't miss is the large Guanyin statue on the top of the hill. You have to take the funicular lift up. The view from the top is amazing! You can see Penang in a 360-degree panorama. You can see both the mountains and the sea from the same angle.

The overall atmosphere is peaceful and shady. There are places to sit and rest, take pictures, and souvenir shops that are not too crowded. For those who like to walk around the temple without rushing, take your time to absorb the beauty. And pray in a place full of positive energy. This is a very “yes”.
