Badong Wu Gorge Scenic Area (lower section)

The Badong section of Wu Gorge is 22 km long. The gorge is long and deep, with steep peaks, layers of mountains, clouds and mist, and a winding river. It's like entering a beautiful gallery, full of poetry and painting. "Ten thousand peaks are majestic, and the key to Jingxiang is majestic" is a true portrayal of it. The Wu Gorge Scenic Area presents a 90-degree turn in the chain stream of Daimian Mountain, which is known as the "first turn of the Yangtze River", and embraces Leigong Mountain on the north bank in the turn. Standing on Daimian Mountain overlooking the gorge and the river, it is majestic, beautiful, and spectacular, a picture of a charming river and mountain.
