Chilly Weather, Warm Food: Baguio Trip

A review of our recent trip in Baguio City.
🍴 Food Finds in Baguio 🍴

📍 Chaya
A cozy Japanese restaurant that feels like a Filipino home. Highly recommend the Sukiyaki and their refreshing Matcha Ice Cream.

📍 Yaletown Café
Their Tsokolate Batirol hits the spot on a chilly night. Brownie was a bit too sweet for my liking. Tried their Calamari Platter—just okay for me, didn’t like the thick batter, but I appreciated the nice touch of eggplant on the side.

📍 Hot Cat Café
Quiet place for coffee lovers. The brew is good, but the food didn’t really stand out.

📍 Cornelia St. Bistro (Taylor Swift–inspired 🎶)
Huge servings, plus a cute collection of figures all over the place. Coffee is pricey, but their Cold Brew is solid. Service is a bit slow, so patience is needed.

📍 Foam Coffee
Never disappoints! Their donuts and coffee are still as good as ever. Tried their classic tiramisu this time, so good.

🏨 Stay: Royale Parc Inn
While the view overlooking Baguio City is amazing, the room maintenance and staff service were a letdown.

✨ Overall, Baguio remains a comforting escape with cool weather, warm drinks, and plenty of foodie spots to explore!
