Cafe You, located near a quiet residential area in Gochon, Gimpo,
is a space that preserves the atmosphere of a traditional Korean house.
It is a quiet and warm place that makes you feel like you are traveling, even though it is near Seoul.

As soon as I entered the entrance, I couldn't help but exclaim, 'Wow~'! I was surprised once by the tiled roof, yard, and the cozy exterior of the Hanok,
and twice by the sophisticated sensibility of the interior.

While maintaining the traditional atmosphere,
the neat wood-tone interior added a modern feel,
and the sensibility was evident in the lighting, table arrangements, and each prop placed here and there.
Above all, the lighting was great, so the photos turned out really pretty. 📸

Cafe You had really impressive tables of various sizes and seating arrangements.
The tables for 2 to 4 people are great for cozy conversations,
and there is also ample space for 6 or more people,
so it is not a burden for group gatherings.

The menu I ordered this time was
✔️ Lotus Cream Latte (6,500 won)! We visited as a group,
so we ordered a variety of things, such as red bean shaved ice, strawberry ade, cream latte, and lavender tea,
and they all said they were delicious and wanted to come back again.

so it feels like drinking dessert as a drink?
The bitter coffee and sweet cream go really well together,
so if you usually like lattes, you should definitely try it.
It's not heavy and the finish is clean, so it leaves a lingering taste.

🍧 Red bean shaved ice
This place... is really good at red bean shaved ice.

It's a traditional shaved ice style that goes perfectly with the hanok sensibility,
but the red beans are naturally sweet, as if they were boiled themselves,
and the ice is smoothly shaved.

The injeolmi and condensed milk on top give it a feeling of sincerity.

The amount was generous, so 2-3 people could share it.
