⨠First Encounter with Baku: Transportation Guide | Azerbaijan · Asia
Bakuās public transportation is a blessing for independent travelers! šš
⢠Highly recommend relying on the metro and busesāconvenient and budget-friendly.
⢠You can get and top up a metro card right at the stations, and unused balances can be refunded before you leaveāso thoughtful!
⢠The locals are incredibly warm-hearted! ā¤ļø When I asked for directions to a bus stop at the airport, a kind uncle who didnāt speak English well went out of his way to find staff to translate and even personally walked us to the stopāheartwarming!
