Brass monkeys playing on tented roofs, a stick to arrive at our gorgeous tent, feeling like explorers from a distant time! The swimming pool is a giant cistern, and stunning vintage museum restaurants, evoking spice-trade adventures of 18th-century Indonesia. We had some amazing days at Capella Ubud.
