Atuh Beach is a scenic spot connected to Diamond Beach. It can be said that one side of the mountain is Atuh Beach and the other side is Diamond Beach. Their entrance and tickets are connected, and each person will be given a small bottle of water upon entry.

Both beaches require climbing very long and steep stairs to go down. Due to time constraints, we chose Diamond Beach, which has a more beautiful beach and feels easier to walk on. Therefore, we only climbed about three-quarters of the way to Atuh Beach, took some photos at a height closer to the beach, and then turned back.

If time permits, I really want to walk down to both beaches.

I really recommend joining a tour group when visiting this island:

☀️ Unless you are an off-road expert, self-driving is not recommended. The road is just wide enough for a 7-person car. There are many bends and ups and downs along the way. The road is bumpy. I really admire the drivers who drive there.

☀️ All attractions and facilities on the island are charged. The cost of attractions is usually included in the tour. It is good to have local people to help or remind you of precautions when entering the attractions.

☀️ There are not many trees on the island, and the roads are exposed to direct sunlight, so it is not recommended to take a motorcycle UBER after arriving on the island. Small group tours can be accommodated in air-conditioned and covered vehicles.

☀️ The driver will usually help you take photos and videos, so you don’t have to worry about no one to help take photos or not being able to take a good photo.

☀️ The boat runs very slowly, and it is reassuring to have a professional driver to help you plan your trip without worrying about missing the boat.

Finally, I highly recommend everyone to visit this island. Even if you are standing there and looking at each attraction, you will feel that it is so beautiful that it seems unreal. The photos taken on the island almost account for more than half of the photos taken during the entire trip.
