Solo Female Traveler｜Recommended Hotel in Ubud, Bali

What got me hooked on Ubud.
A wonderful hotel that offers a convenient location in the city center yet feels like you’re in a forest away from the hustle and bustle.
On early mornings after the rain, stepping outside the room and taking a walk around the grounds was incredibly refreshing☺️

The room has a bathtub.
The terrace has a ceiling fan, making the morning hours comfortable even in Bali’s perpetual summer,
and you can gaze out over the rice fields and just zone out.
There’s a large supermarket next door, so at night I’d buy Bintang beer there and chill🍻

Breakfast is served at the attached restaurant, Pison.
It’s a half buffet style, with egg dishes made to order.
For drinks, you can choose a café latte with authentic latte art—
a big plus for coffee lovers like me☕️
The made-to-order menu has a wide variety, so you won’t get bored eating there every day😋

It’s about a 20-minute walk from the Ubud Palace in the city center,
and there are many shops along the way, so it goes by quickly.
If you’re exhausted from the heat, I recommend taking a motorbike taxi🏍️

The shampoo and conditioner in the room smelled so perfect that I seriously considered buying them!
(But due to my profession, I had to give up because the scent was a bit strong)

Although it’s a five-star hotel, the staff are friendly and not stiff.
That made it feel incredibly comfortable for me.

The spa attached here is apparently quite famous💆‍♀️
And next door is a yoga barn, so you can even do early morning yoga🧘‍♀️
It’s perfect for a staycation during the rainy season.
I truly felt glad I chose this place in Ubud.

If I had to say one thing,
the grounds are large, so it takes a little time to get to the lobby—just a heads-up⚠️ lol
