Seminyak Beach Resort & Spa

#balihotel We spent the last 7 days at The Seminyak Beach Resort & Spa and it was the perfect end to our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left nothing was too much trouble. The staff are excellent and have perfect customer service skills. Our room was large, clean and very comfortable with everything we needed. The manager is visible and apologised to us for some work being carried out near to our sunbeds that we hadn’t even noticed. We were greeted every morning by our names which shows the attention to detail given to customer service. A special mention to Epi and Trisna who looked after us so well. Can highly recommend.
