Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, Bangkok

I made a one-day plan to tour Bangkok city without overdoing it✨
The Maeklong Railway + Floating Market that I will introduce is often organized as a tour, but this time I will go there on my own. The high degree of freedom is attractive👍
7:00 Breakfast
For a hotel that offers a floating breakfast, try "The Quarter Ari by UHG"
Search on tripcom✨
10:00 Departure from hotel
I take a long time between breakfast and departure because I will take a shower before getting ready when I go into the pool.
There are various means of transportation, but I first took a taxi.
(About 1000 baht)
11:00 Arrive at Maeklong Railway Market
The train arrival and departure times are as follows.
I was hoping to see the train leaving Maeklong at 11:30, but I arrived earlier than expected and was able to see the train arriving at Maeklong at 11:10.
*****************************
Departure from Maeklong Arrival at Maeklong
6:20 8:30
9:00 11:10
11:30 14:30
15:30 17:30
*****************************
12:30 Departure from Maeklong Railway Market
🚕Take a taxi
There are two famous floating markets near Maeklong Railway Market, and this time we went to Damnoen Saduak Floating Market.
13:30 Board the floating boat
There is an hour of free time, but this includes the time it takes to find which boat to board. Be careful of rip-offs!
The floating market area itself is not that far from Maeklong✨
14:30 Get off the floating boat
We were able to enjoy it to the fullest🌟
There are many shops in the floating market area, so it might be a good idea to have lunch here.
(You might not be so hungry if you eat a lot at Maeklong and the floating market 😂)
★To go back to Bangkok, we headed to Maeklong Railway Market again.
We took a tuk-tuk 🛺
17:00 Boarded a bus to go back to central Bangkok
On the way back, we took a bus instead of a taxi.
The bus stop is right near the railway market area.
The fare was 100 baht per person 💰
18:30 Arrived at "Mo Chit Station" in Bangkok
The BTS line that Mo Chit Station is on goes through the main station, so it's very convenient.
19:30 Headed to the night market
There are many night markets in Bangkok, but my favorite is "The Wan Ratchada Market"
You can eat and drink, and you can also get your nails done.
Since we were here, we took a tuk-tuk 🛺
The plan was to take a taxi for the first half of the trip to avoid getting tired, and then take the bus for the second half to get home cheaply.
It's sure to be a busy day✨
