Taman Ujung: Bali's Northern Secret Garden by the Sea! 🌸🌊

I recently discovered a truly off-the-beaten-path gem in northern Bali: Taman Ujung (Taman Ujung Water Palace), often called "Bali's last secret paradise." Bali is truly a magical place for both holidays and photography, and after visiting the Gate of Heaven, this Water Palace is an excellent next stop!

This beautiful Water Palace features two palaces built over water and two structures built on tiered platforms. One of these, perched high up, now consists only of remnants and broken pillars, giving it a rather poignant and beautiful sense of decay.

What I loved most about Taman Ujung was the serenity. There were only a handful of scattered visitors. If you're someone who dislikes queuing at crowded网红 (wanghong or "influencer hot-spot") attractions, this is the perfect place to chill out and enjoy the sea views in peace.

Entrance Fee: The ticket cost me 75,000 IDR.

How to Get There: I'd recommend hiring a private car. It's about a 30-minute drive from the Gate of Heaven.

Taman Ujung offers a tranquil and picturesque escape, truly showcasing a different, quieter side of Bali's beauty.
