Kelingking Beach, Nusa Penida Island

🦖 Kelingking Beach – Overview

Location: Nusa Penida Island, southeast of Bali

Highlight: A cliff shaped like a "T-Rex dinosaur head" overlooking white sandy beach and clear blue sea

Known as “one of the most beautiful and thrilling beaches in the world” 🌊

---

🚤 How to get to Kelingking Beach:

✈️ From Bali → Nusa Penida:

1. Travel to Sanur Port

2. Take a speedboat to Nusa Penida (about 45 minutes)

Boat schedule: Starts from 7:00 AM daily

Round trip price: Approximately 400,000–600,000 Rupiah (~1,000 Baht)

---

🚗 From Nusa Penida Port → Kelingking Beach:

Travel by rental car / motorcycle / book a 1-day tour

About 1 hour from the port

Roads are quite winding and rough in some spots, drive carefully

---

🥾 Going down to Kelingking Beach:

The popular spot is at the top (viewpoint)

But if you want to walk down to the beach, it takes 40–60 minutes

Very steep path, dirt and rocks with bamboo railings for support, but quite dangerous (must be fit and watch for slipping)

Going down is easy, coming up is very tough! 😅

The lower beach is less crowded because it’s hard to walk down, but the water is very clear and waves are strong (not suitable for swimming)

---

📸 Highlights not to miss:

Take photos at the dinosaur cliff (classic angle)

Take photos from the high viewpoint overlooking the beach below

The "Tree House" or "Paluang Cliff" spot (nearby)

---

🎒 What to prepare:

Drinking water

Hat / sunglasses / sunscreen

Hiking shoes (if going down to the beach)

Camera/phone with spare battery

Some cash (small shops don’t accept cards)
