An Unforgettable Experience at a Magical Place

What an incredible journey! From our arrival to departure， the entire stay was five-star. Nothing was too difficult， and everything we wished for was seamlessly fulfilled. We upgraded to Balle 3， situated high up in the resort. The breathtaking views across the valley make it worthwhile for the sights alone. Our host， Riadi， made our stay even more special with constant attention and thoughtful surprises， like a hot bath with flowers and essential oils at the end of the day， complete with coconut water and personalized notes. The cuisine was simply world-class， featuring locally sourced ingredients freshly prepared to order， presented to a Michelin star standard. We are very particular， so trust me when I say the food is exquisite. The waiting staff and chef team， headed by Chef Augus， went above and beyond. Chef Augus even crafted a traditional Balinese feast for us on the last night， straight from his hometown， which wasn't even on the menu. It was all extraordinary， especially the raw cacao brownie dessert with coconut cream—absolutely divine! Augus junior excelled in the cooking class experience， which included foraging and sampling local vegetation—a must-try. Yogi led us on a wonderful cycling tour to the village and rice fields， complimentary for guests and well worth the trip. Finally， the massage experience is， in my opinion， the best we've ever had: 90 minutes of pure bliss with essential oils—a must-have. Thank you to the entire team for an outstanding experience we will never forget. It's a magical place where you'll feel rejuvenated， relaxed， and deeply immersed in the culture.
