I stopped by Bali Baked while looking for a great brunch spot in Bali.
The cafe's clean exterior and bright lighting stood out, and the blast of air conditioning made it a great place to take a break from the heat. There was plenty of seating inside, so I saw quite a few people either solo or working on their laptops. ๐Ÿ’ป

The menu is quite diverse, with options ranging from brunch items, sandwiches, croissants, eggs Benedict, and salads. There's also a display of baked goods, so you can browse and choose yours. ๐Ÿฅฏ
I ordered the salmon eggs Benedict and an iced latte. The plating was beautiful and the taste was clean, which was very satisfying.

The coffee was light, with just the right amount of acidity, and the milk was well-balanced, making it smooth and enjoyable. โ˜•
The croissant was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, but it was even better with coffee than on its own.

The staff was friendly, and the food came out quickly. However, there may be a wait during peak hours, so I recommend going around 9 a.m. โฐ

Prices are mid-range by Bali standards. A brunch + drink combo should cost between 150,000 and 200,000 IDR. ๐Ÿ’ฐ

๐Ÿ“ Address: Jl. Raya Semat No. 1, Canggu, Bali
๐Ÿ• Hours: 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
