I visited Baked, one of the most popular brunch cafes in Bali. The exterior stood out with its clean white tones and simple signage, and upon entering, the open kitchen and spacious seating arrangement created a relaxed atmosphere. Since it was a weekend morning, the place was already bustling with locals and tourists, but the turnover was quick, so I didn’t have to wait long. The menu featured options like Eggs Benedict, sandwiches, burgers, various pastries, and coffee. I ordered a croissant sandwich and a flat white 🥐☕. The croissant was crispy on the outside and rich with buttery flavor on the inside, showcasing excellent quality. The ham, cheese, and egg inside blended well together, making it a satisfying meal. The coffee, made with local beans, had a great balance and paired well with the bread. The cinnamon rolls and scones ordered by other tables also looked delicious, and overall, the bakery items seemed to be of high quality. While the prices are slightly higher than the average in Bali, considering the food quality and ambiance, they felt reasonable. The staff were friendly, and the service was quick, making for an overall satisfying experience. I would recommend this cafe to anyone looking for a proper brunch and bakery in Bali.
