Baked.**, a popular cafe in Bali's Seminyak and Canggu areas,
has a simple and clean atmosphere from the exterior, often attracting a long line of international customers.
While there aren't many seats, the turnover is fairly fast,
and the staff are quick and friendly, so there was no inconvenience while waiting. ☕🍴

I ordered sourdough toast with scrambled eggs and an iced latte.
The scrambled eggs were soft and creamy, pairing well with the bread.
The bread itself was high quality, with a crispy exterior and chewy interior.
The coffee was rich and mildly acidic, which suited Korean palates well.
Overall, the food and drinks were above average, with fresh ingredients and a balanced flavor. 🥚🥖

The atmosphere was minimal and sophisticated,
making it comfortable even for solo diners, and even allowing laptop use.
However, it might be a bit awkward to sit for too long when there were a lot of people.

While the prices are mid-range for a Balinese cafe,
the food, atmosphere, and service are all excellent, making it a place you'll definitely want to visit again.
