📍 Alchemy Bali Visit Review

I stopped by Alchemy, a famous vegan cafe in Ubud. I loved the lush greenery and open-plan design, which allowed for a refreshing breeze. The wood-toned interior was warm and clean, and the tables were spaced out well, making it comfortable even for solo diners. Ordering was done at the counter, and once you were seated, your food was brought out quickly. The salad bar was incredibly diverse, allowing you to choose your own. You could also choose your own dressing, allowing you to mix and match to your liking. 🥗 I chose a salad with quinoa, avocado, and roasted pumpkin, which was incredibly fresh. I also ordered a dragonfruit-based smoothie, which was both colorful and refreshing. 🥭 It wasn't overly sweet, so I could finish it cleanly, and it was a satisfying meal replacement. The price isn't cheap for a single meal, but considering the quality of the food and the atmosphere, it's well worth it. The staff were cheerful and friendly, explaining everything clearly when ordering, and they spoke English without any problems. If you're looking for healthy food in Bali, this is a place worth stopping by.
