I stopped by Alchemy Cafe while looking for a quiet brunch spot in Ubud.
I didn't expect much since it's a vegan restaurant, but the clean and calm atmosphere was impressive.
The interior was well-ventilated and filled with natural light, making it comfortable to sit in. ๐ŸŒฟ

The salad was self-service, so you could choose your own ingredients.
The selection was good, with a variety of fresh vegetables and healthy ingredients like quinoa, lentils, and beets.
The flavors weren't overpowering, making it a great light meal. The dressings were also available, making it fun to mix and match.

I also ordered a smoothie bowl, which was generously topped with fruit and had a light, overall flavor.
While it looked pretty, it wasn't particularly special, so I'd give it a try.
The atmosphere seemed more focused on kombucha and herbal teas than coffee.

The staff were friendly, and English communication was easy.
Overall, I think it's a good choice for those seeking a healthy meal or a quiet retreat. Rather than being a gourmet restaurant, this place is remembered more as a "vegan cafe with a great atmosphere."
