📍 Review of Taman Ayun Temple Visit
Located in Mengwi, Bali, Taman Ayun Temple turned out to be much larger and more organized than I had expected. As you pass through the entrance, you'll first notice a large pond and a landscape designed like a garden. The temple is surrounded by waterways, which explains why it's nicknamed 'Bali's Water Palace.' 🌿
As you go further inside, you'll see rows of Meru (traditional Balinese towers) stacked in tiers. Each tower varies in height and design, making it visually interesting. While access to certain areas is restricted, you can still feel the sacred atmosphere unique to Bali just by observing from the outside. 🙏
The temple wasn't crowded with tourists, making it a peaceful place to stroll around. The gardens, maintained by locals, were clean and well-kept, adding to the overall tranquil vibe. It's also a great spot for photography, so I highly recommend stopping by for a quick visit. 📸
