1. Resort Landscape - Seeking solitude near the forest and away from tourist crowds, Cicada offers an ideal setting, immersing you in nature's calm to rejuvenate your spirit. 2. Room Maintenance & Cleanliness - I spent one night in a Deluxe room and another in a Villa. Both provided fantastic views of lush greenery, with the Villa boasting a private pool right outside the balcony—a delightful added perk. 3. Staff Hospitality - The staff truly enhanced my stay. I must commend General Manager Lalu for his exceptional care, and Ayu, Yulia, Daniel, and Kartika from the Front Desk, whose welcoming smiles and professionalism made a great impression. Niko and Adi at the restaurant also impressed with their gentle, attentive service. Kudos to all Cicada's personnel! 4. F&B - Dining at Tangelo Restaurant was a pleasure, accompanied by the smooth Jazz saxophonist Arie. The course menu, from Amuse Bouche to Dessert, was delightful. The Beef Wellington as the main course was astonishing, given the location's remote nature and ingredient quality. 5. Final Word - I thoroughly appreciated my last days at Bali in Cicada. The staff’s hospitality added to the experience, offering a welcome break from life’s busy routines, and providing peaceful moments for reflection. My three-day resort stay left me wholly satisfied—thank you again, Mr. Lalu and all wonderful staff!
