Having visited this resort multiple times over a few years, Ibu Ayu and her staff, including Shindy, Pak Tiger, Dinggo, and Muliadi, looked after my fiancé and me exceptionally well, making us feel just like home. From our arrival, where Muliadi recognized us and warmly escorted us to reception, to the daily housekeeping service by Cakya, the service consistently exceeded expectations. It was my fiancé’s first attempt at surfing, and recreation staff member Dinggo diligently and patiently helped her, ensuring a fun and unforgettable session during the 2-hour lesson. Another remarkable experience was at the SAVA Spa, where my fiancé indulged in a massage to ease muscle tension, and Asih, the masseuse, was highly professional and knowledgeable, making it one of the finest experiences of her life. This resort truly embodies genuine hospitality from the heart of every staff member.
