Feeling at Home at Hilton Bali Resort

We're currently enjoying our second stay in room 715 at this remarkable hotel. We can't envision another hotel offering a more attentive and personalized experience than the Hilton Bali Resort. Our heartfelt thanks and hugs go to Sarah from front office duty management for the outstanding welcome she provided. Every detail was meticulously tailored to our preferences, even exceeding them. We've been given our preferred room type and location in the building, and our favorite locally-made peanut crackers were served to us in the executive lounge. We've never encountered such personalized care at any other Hilton hotel before. A huge thank you to Subrati, Bagus, Nisa, Bintang, Ribi, Risma, Oka from Nusa Dua Lounge, Riani and Dedi from The Shore, and Suardika from housekeeping for treating us with the same personalized attention. You all make us feel like we're coming home! :)
