Bali offers many natural, cultural, and religious tourism. Tanah Lot is one of them. Tanah Lot literally means Land above the sea, and is situated on top of a rock in the sea. It provides a picturesque view for sightseeing.

Tanah Lot is a popular destination for both domestic and international tourists. If you rent a car for sightseeing around Bali, I guess all rental companies or individuals will recommend this place.

I have been to this place three times and always take pictures in front of the temple, a favorite spot that many visitors queue for.
The best time to visit this place is in the afternoon. You can enjoy the surroundings, stop by at the traditional stall selling local souvenirs or eat traditional food and snacks while waiting for a beautiful sunset.
