New Taipei Bali Left Bank - Zhang Wu Ji Assorted Noodles (Bali Flagship Store)

Every time I pass by this Zhang Wu Ji, there are always a lot of people. Today I finally had the opportunity to come in and try it out. I came when it just opened, but I didn’t expect that the first floor was already full! We sat on the second floor with other people at the table.

There are many old objects and old photos in the store, which is quite interesting. It seems that the boss's family is a big family👏🏻

Impressive dishes:
Garlic pork (must order)
I thought this dish was very delicious when I saw the photo. As expected, when it was served, the pork slices were just the right thickness, and they were already covered with garlic soy sauce. It tasted sweet and salty and went well with rice~

XO sauce fried rice
It tasted a bit spicy, so I quickly paired it with pork and rice. The XO sauce was a bit light and a bit over-fried

Fried assorted noodles
This is a super big plate! The portion is about 2~3 people sharing. The noodles are fried soft and not chewy 😖 The main dishes are a bit awkward
