Find a cool place to take photos during Songkran. Take a trip down south to Surat Thani to see the sand dunes of Mueang Kae in Mueang Kae Village, Ban Na San District. It is a beautiful, unseen and amazing natural tourist attraction.
📍It is a very large pile of sand that has been piled up for a long time. It has been eroded by water and wind until it looks like a mountain with alternating heights. The sand grains are light brown and gray, reflecting light very well.
📍In the past, there was a mining concession in this area and the sand that was extracted and separated from the minerals was piled up. After many years, it has become a pile of sand with alternating heights like this. In some places, the sand has slightly slid. If you want to go up, be careful.
