Chen Yi Kuey Teow Shop is an old shop that has been in business for more than 50 years. Its signature dishes are Kuey Teow soup, Pig's blood soup, and Pork offal soup. We ordered Kuey Teow soup and Pork offal soup. Both their Kuey Teow soup and Pork offal soup have a lot of ingredients, the only difference is whether they have Kuey Teow! It also contains pig blood, so I think ordering Kway Teow soup and pork offal soup will give you something richer. Their Kway Teow rolls are very special and delicious, and the soup has a strong peppery flavor and is very smooth to drink. There are always long queues here, but the table rate is actually quite fast, so you won't have to wait long! A must-eat in Chinatown!
