#AccommodationsUnderHundreds
I took the kids to Bangkok. This time, I chose to stay at the 7 Days Premium in Wongwian Yai, near the King Taksin Monument and Wongwian Yai Railway Station. Or if you're going to ICONSIAM, it's also very close.
Although there's no Skytrain station in front of the hotel, it's still a short walk to the Wongwian Yai BTS station.
The rooms are located in a shophouse next to the Pizza Company. The ground floor houses a cafe and coffee shop, but they're currently closed. The upper floors are guest rooms, and there's an elevator.
I booked a family room for my family, which could accommodate three children. The other room was a standard room for me alone. It didn't have a window because it was in the middle of the floor, but it was comfortable and didn't feel cramped.
The bathroom was spacious, with separate wet and dry areas. They weren't stingy with shampoo and shower gel, and they even provided large bottles.
Oh, and the Wi-Fi here is also strong.
I walk to Wongwian Yai every day for food. There are many famous restaurants, such as Wongwian Yai pork blood soup, crispy ruby soup, baked crab with glass noodles, and bua loy (steamed rice vermicelli). I also visited Wongwian Yai Market, which serves fresh seafood from Mahachai.
I plan to stay here again next time. Then take the train from Wongwian Yai to Mahachai-Mae Klong, pay respects to Luang Pho Wat Ban Laem, and walk around the Rom Hub Market.
